Private Dining Room

We can comfortably seat 16 guests at a long table, or up to 25 guests at separate tables. We require a minimum purchase to reserve this room.

 

Main Dining Room/Cellar

We can comfortably seat 30 at two long tables, or up to 46 guests with our current lay-out of tables. We are happy offer a privacy curtain to separate your event from our Bar and Private Dining Room. We require a minimum purchase to reserve this room and a 50% deposit of your minimum to reserve the date.

Alcove

We can comfortably seat 8 guests at this semi-private space. This is one of our most coveted tables at SubTerra. No minimums required, but a credit card is required to hold the table.

 

Full Restaurant

We can comfortably seat 80 guests in the current lay-out, or we host up to 90 guests for standing cocktail party. We require a minimum to reserve this option, as well as a 50% deposit to reserve the date.

The Details

Menu: To ensure a fabulous experience, for parties of 12 guests or more, we will work with you to curate a menu for your party. Our menu changes seasonally and highlights all the wonderful ingredients to be found in the Pacific Northwest. You will have the option of pre-selecting up to 4 entrรฉe courses, any of our soup and salads, up to 3 share plates and 2 desserts for your event from our current menu. To allow adequate time for our kitchen to plan and prepare, we will work to confirm your curated menu 7 days prior to your event.

Wine, Spirits & Desserts: We offer a full bar and wine list along with a $20 corkage fee per bottle should you choose to bring your own wine. Outside desserts have a $3 service fee per person.

How do you pay: To keep things simple and smooth, we require a credit card to make your initial reservation. At the end of your event, we will provide a final invoice, which will include a 20% gratuity and the total cost of the event. We are happy to accept up to 3 separate forms of payment to close out your final check.

I need to cancel: We know that things change and life doesn't always go according to plan. With that said, for the sake of our staff and other guests, we require 72 hour notice to modify or cancel your event reservation. Cancellations within 72 hours of your event, a $10 service charge per guest will be billed to the credit card on file.

Our minimums are inclusive of food, beverage, and gratuity.
